“Fleet Week” Blue Angels Air Show Cruises
Join Dragonfly Adventure Cruises, for our "FLEET WEEK" cruises were the Navy's Blue Angels will make their 28th annual appearance, October 9-14, 2008 on San Francisco Bay.
The show will be bigger and better this year, with the Canadian Snowbirds joining the Blue Angels. The Snowbirds' performance features nine jets showcasing remarkable tactical aviation. Their show is both thrilling and beautiful with more than 50 different formations.
Dragonfly offers front row seats as the Blue Angels and Snowbirds break the sound barrier right above our heads. This Fleet Week Adventure is best experienced aboard Dragonfly.

Our sunset dinner cruise is a favorite summertime excursion. With daylight lingering and mother nature surprising us with spectacular sunsets, one never knows what painting we will encounter today. Sights include Giants Ballpark and famed McCovey Cove, Treasure Island, Alcatraz Island, Raccoon Strait. Spectacular Photo opportunity of the Golden Gate and Marin Headlands from the top of Angel Island.

The party starts at 10:00 am with Mimosa's to welcome you aboard Dragonfly! Angel Island is one of our all-time favorite destinations, even more fun with an all-gay cruise. Angel Island, the "Jewel of the San Francisco Bay" offers panoramic vistas of the entire San Francisco Bay with postcard views of the San Francisco skyline and Golden Gate Bridge. Hiking is leisurely on a paved road around the island with moderate up and down. Walking shoes recommended. BBQ Lunch is included.

Beach Boardwalk at Santa Cruz summons forth your inner child while night finds us in a local haunt for dinner then exploring the many attractions that are typically Santa Cruz! Our time in Monterey is spent antiquing, exploring Cannery Row, world-famous Monterey Bay Aquarium or walking around the Bay for nature at its finest. Sunday morning we head back to San Francisco.
